Jamie,
as a rule of thumb, MS doesn't support any tampering in the DB. I'm not sure what options you have but I guess you should open a case @ MS.

I had a quick look and it would be quite an erroneous task to go through and "clean up" the data.

This happened to me with a small number of machines in our DMZ and we were told to wait it out. Sure wish there was a way to trim data for just one server out of the OpsMgr data warehouse.

Just an FYI: we had several requests lately to groom out data for single machines or specific rules. We forwarded those requests to the product team and they are looking into it right now. The quick answer was that there's no supported way at this time but we still have hope that they will come up with something. If they do, I'll let you know.

Still no supported way to remove data from the warehouse manually. You just have to wait it out.
