By default, in SCSM 2012 there are two reports: a list of Incidents with the main fields and detailed information about a particular Incident. Surprising but for Service Requests Microsoft team has not prepared the same reports and each SCSM customer (or its skilled partner) creates some sort of similar reports itself.
We do like reporting and to fill the gap we have prepared two custom reports very similar (by appearance) to the default Incident’s reports. These reports for Service Requests also include the information about the user satisfaction survey’s results.
