SMAX Allows you to manage your support Staff workload and check the availability in real time to avoid any double booking or assignment overlapping.

SMAX allows you to send meeting requests related to an incident or a service request directly from the Service Manager console. Work item information is automatically included in the meeting request. Additional comments can be added as needed.

Work item logs are updated automatically to keep track of the meeting request. The meeting request will show directly in the analyst/field support staff calendar.
