HERMES SoftLab, a ComTrade company, changes name to ComTrade

In 2008 HERMES SoftLab joined the ComTrade Group, continuing to provide the same high quality services to all of its clients across the globe. This acquisition has proven highly successful and has enabled ComTrade to leverage the resources of our combined organizations. It is therefore with great pleasure that we would like to announce our final step towards a unified company—the name change from HERMES SoftLab to ComTrade.

The renaming will take place in three stages:
  • As of June 8, 2010, all HERMES SoftLab e?mail addresses will be changed to and new corporate visual identity will take place in all communications to support the ComTrade brand.
  • The process of changing the legal name of HERMES SoftLab’s corporate office in Slovenia to ComTrade has started and will be finalized within the coming months. Upon its completion the corporate website will be redirected to
  • From September 1, 2010, all local HERMES SoftLab offices will be renamed to ComTrade.
After nearly two decades of continuous growth ComTrade is now a recognized leader in information and communication technologies in Southeastern Europe. The company holds a strong presence in 12 countries across Europe and the USA, with over 1600 employees, 1000 of whom are skilled software and system engineers. ComTrade Group is able to offer R&D services, top?range IT solutions and its own software products.

A ComTrade company HERMES SoftLab will once again sponsor the largest IT event in Slovenia – Microsoft’s NT Conference 2010. The 15th annual conference will be held between May 24th and 27th, 2010 at the Congress Centre Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož, Slovenia.

Belgrade, April 22nd, 2010 – Holiday Inn hotel today was the venue for Oracle CRM Day 2010, while our company once again participated with a presentation of a successful project. The conference was dominated by talks about importance of CRM for conducting business, as well as the impact clients have on setting business strategy and objectives of every company. ComTrade ITSS works with Oracle for a number of years and uses its products as components of many advanced IT solutions in its offering.
