    Hi All,

I’m currently trying to do VMM 2012 R2 integration to my SCOM 2012 R2 environment. I completed the steps but the install completes with info.

I get a lot of warnings in the VMM console, see below:
    Warning (25940)
One or more of Virtual Machine Manager objects could not be discovered. This might be caused by Operations Manager not monitoring one of the Hyper-V hosts or the Virtual Machine Manager Server. The detailed error is: “Exception of type ‘Microsoft.VirtualManager.EnterpriseManagement.Common.DiscoveryDataInvalidRelationshipSourceExceptionOM10’ was thrown.”

We checked and conformed all the Hyper-V hosts are being monitored in SCOM.

If I leave the setup as is, it starts picking up hosts very slowly, I currently have 36 Hosts in my environment and over 5 days it picked up 25 in SCOM. But it does not pick up any Performance Data.

Does anyone know how to investigate why I am still getting the warning and how I can get the collection of performance data working?

I had a similar issue.  There were some orphaned objects showing up in the VMM console.  I removed those.  Also, there were two stored VMs.  Once I deployed those, I was able to enable the integration.
