    When I try to run the AD DC tasks such as dcdiag, repadmin from SCOM it fails to run the tasks. I get the following error.

    Failed to create process due to error ‘0x80070002 : The system cannot find the file specified.’, this workflow will be unloaded.

    Command executed: “C:\Program Files\Support Tools\\DCDIAG.EXE”

    Working Directory: C:\Program Files\Support Tools\

    One or more workflows were affected by this.

    Workflow name: Microsoft.Windows.Server.AD.DomainController.DCDIAG

    Instance name: TXY-MDC1

    Instance ID: {648C8DE6-5012-FA09-86FE-766C71BAFD8E}

    Management group: NOS-OFG

    Error Code: -2130771918 (Unknown error (0x80ff0032)).

     Those tasks require two things: 1) that you have the Support Tools loaded so the binaries (like DCDiag) are present and 2) you have configured the tasks as documented in the Active Directory Management Pack Guide.

    I have the tools in C:\Program Files\Support Tools\ on the Operations Manager server and the DC on which I’m running this. By the way where should the tools be? still no luck

     The command line parameters of the tasks (including path to the file) must be configured using an override. For detailed steps, see “Setting Parameters for Tasks” in the AD Mgmt Pack Guide.
