I am trying to generate data for the time between an alert showing up in the DB and the first state change no matter what it is. This is largely being used to see how quickly the operations staff if at a minimum acknowledging alerts as the appear in the console. I am surprised that I cannot find anything like this and am hoping you can assist or point me in a direction.

I am getting the raw data using this PowerShell, but still have to manually do the calculation for each “MonitoringAlertID” for the time between state “0” and the first state change.

    get-scomalert -Severity 2 | Get-SCOMAlertHistory | export-csv -Path c:\temp\report.csv -NoTypeInformation -Encoding ascii

More than happy with PS or SQL to accomplish this.

    Thanks
