Runbook Workflows not running

    Hello,

    Our Production and Development environments of Service Manager were quite different and I was often having issues of importing new MPs from Dev to Prod. In order to try and resolve this issue and sync up Prod with Dev I deleted all unsealed MPs from Dev, ensured the sealed MPs in Dev and Prod had matching versions, exported all of our Prod unsealed MPs and imported them into Dev…

    At this stage, no workflows were working. After reconfiguring the Run As Accounts in Dev, some workflows started working. When a new SR is logged, it changes from New to In Progress, Connectors now work …

    However, when the SR gets to the point of a Runbook, the runbook says it is In Progress but nothing happens! It just sits there In Progress and stays like that.

    I’ve tried deleting the Health Service cache and enabling the broker service in SQL .. I’ve had a look through the Operations Manager logs but can’t figure out what is going on.

    Can anyone please point me in the right direction to resolving this issue?

    This has been fixed now. I had to recreate the Orchestrator connecter in Dev.
