Exchange connector and description/comment formatting.

    Hi,

    When we have comments or emails that are sent to our helpdesk email account that is being monitored by the Service Manager Exchange Connector,  The format of the email going in changes and it becomes all one big sentence / paragraph in the Incident.     Any way to retain the original format?

     

    So the email starting like this

     

    Hi,

    Please add Samuel to the bamboo users group.

    you know here how to find my documents windows 10, but are unable to do this in any way, then surely you will get all the beneficial information from here once.
