does the 2007 bulk url editor no longer work with 2012?

follow up question: is there a 2012 version of the bulk URL editor?

    Hi,

There is a 2012 version, it is on the install media in the SupportTools folder.  Just copy it to \Program Files\System Center 2012\Operations Manager\Console in order to run it.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].
