We have updated SCUtils FileAttachment, a free add-on for Microsoft Sustem Center 2012 Service Manager that lets users download file attachments using direct links from the Service Manager 2012 self-service portal. In version 1.1 we improved a support for non-Latin characters in the file attachment’s names.
