Alain Côté (scug.be) has written his own HP EVA management pack!  This Management pack will monitor the performance of an HP EVA, the official HP Storage MP only does alerting. This Management pack is based on the evaperf.exe command and has several collection rules, diagnostic task and one monitor for the latency.

The management pack assumes evaperf.exe is in C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\EVA Performance Monitor and is configured properly.
