It does, my guess that you are looking in the 'Computer Health Explorer' and not the "Database Health Explorer". It is under Performance

Thank you. Yes, I was looking in the wrong place. Next question is, should I be able to see the OperationsManager DB as I can only see the ReportingServer DB?

If I check 'Agent Managed', I can see all 3 SQL Servers that support the OperationsManager, OperationsManagerDW and ReportServer databases. When I go in to Monitoring and click on Microsoft SQL Server > Databases > Database State. The only databases I see are the ones installed on the Reporting Server. I assume there is an agent on the other two servers or I wouldn't be ble to see them in Agent Managed but why can't I see them in Databases?

This is correct, but have a look for two things, 1 have you got a Service called 'System Center Management' (just a quick note Service Manager will have a service call the same, well in fact it is the same. I'll go into that another day.) Is this service started? 2: have a look in the logs, do you have a log called 'Operations Manager' have a look to see what event you have in there, if you have one. This will help workout that the Agent is working and therefore displaying information

Hi,
I may have discovered why the databases do not appear but I don't know how to resolve the problem. Can anyone please help?
We have two SQL Server Servers both with two named instances on them.
How do I monitor the databases on these named instances?
For example, InstanceA and InstanceB/InstanceB on Server1
and InstanceC and InstanceD/InstanceD on Server2
The agent has been deployed to Server1 and Server2 but we can not see the databases on these servers despite the SQL Management Pack being deployed.
regards,
