Good morning friends, I'm new to the forum have installed on my domain a System Center Essential 2007, works great, but I was on vacation and recently I came I met the problem that when I generate reports with recently do not show me anything, only when a print command reports to date to 09/12/2009 before I post this data shows me blank out the reports, no data, but if I see from monitoring performance data.

I check in the healt monitoring my SCE explorer and I see this in gray and says critical healt

Review the log and found it:

The Health Service could not log on the RunAs account METRO\pparamo for management group LAUREL_MG.  The error is Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
(1326L).  This will prevent the health service from monitoring or performing actions using this RunAs account

This we have reviewed and updated the password

Rule/Monitor "Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Discovery.StandardDataSet" running for instance "Performance data set" with id:"{CF56B12F-CACF-B298-2A6B-0A81DC04104E}" cannot be initialized and will not be loaded. Management group "LAUREL_MG"

Rule/Monitor "Microsoft.SystemCenter.OperationalDataReporting.SubmitOperationalData" running for instance "Microsoft System Center Data Warehouse" with id:"{16781F33-F72D-033C-1DF4-65A2AFF32CA3}" cannot be initialized and will not be loaded. Management group "LAUREL_MG"
Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the Report Server DocumentLibrary extension.

The API Remoting Web Service is not working.

The report server cannot create the Total Cache Hits (Semantic Models) performance counter.

A worker process '4316' serving application pool 'reportserver' failed to stop a listener channel for protocol 'http' in the allotted time.  The data field contains the error number.

The Server Synchronization Web Service is not working.

Any help would be welcome.

Greetings

This looks to be the key of your error message:

"The Health Service could not log on the RunAs account METRO\pparamo for management group LAUREL_MG.  The error is Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password."

I would suggest you get into the Administrator space --> Run As Accounts and update the password everywhere this account appears in this area.

Also, be certain this account has local administrator privileges on both the SCE Server and if SQL is on a separate server, both local administrator and DBO rights to SCE databases there as well.
