I'm trying to follow this guide but things don't look the same in step2, Request and install the proper certificate from the root ca server. I dont have the option to choose what type of certificate needed, I dont have an OID field. My server certsrv is a windows 2008 x64.

A curious question I have about using the set-managementserver command to change the gateway servers primary and failover management servers... from all the instructions & posts I've seen about this, it is covered that you need to get certs, and import them on the RMS and the gateway. I imagine lots of people install the GW to point at the RMS initially. after this set-managementserver command is run, and the new primary and failover have been correctly set to something other than the RMS, is there a need to generate certs for these two management servers?
