Hi I already have somthing that will do a part of this. We wrote a MP some time ago that monitors UPS in branch offices and when power is lost we shut down all desktops and servers. This should be able to be changed to put into maintenance mode. T

Stefan I think you misunderstood me. The data is no longer event data. It is now custom data in a property bag. The verious properties are Database name,Database instance, Service Broker Queue name and so on. Thanks for the link but that list is not compl
