Hi, You could delay the notification by setting alert ageing on the notification. You could set the alert ageing to something like 5 minutes and if the state of the service returns to healthy in that time, no alert will be sent out as the alert stat

Hi Ernie, I take it you have OpsMgr 2007 R2 as these services have been renamed to System Center. So the SDK service is System Center Data Access and the config service is System Center Configuration. HTH David
