Management Server balancing and fallback question
I do a lot of manual agent installs and  fear that agents are not automatically falling back to another MS. Is that possible? I tried this solution in  my lab and thought it was pretty handy. Do you think it is a good solution for balancing and falling agents back to another other MS? http://blog.tyang.org/2010/08/11/balancing-number-of-scom-agent-per-management-server-using-powershell/

It looks like you need report builder 2 for this ability. Can I get the SCOM console to point to report builder 2?

Should I re-install the agent after adding or remove instance? Or is it more of a necessity to remove the agent when moving from MSSQL 2005 to 2008 to prevent duplication etc.? I have seen similar threads regarding OS upgrades a...
