I've use native Exchange 2007 MP. On machines with installed Exchange 2007 Management Console and no Exchange role I've receive alert "PowerShell Script failed to run".

So far, so good. :) I perform first upgrade from OpsMgr 2007 SP1 to R2 RTM (on testing enviroment, with my all MP, and partially dual homed agents). For now everything looks ok.
