SCCM client installation issue
I am having trouble deploying SCCM client to new OpsMgr servers. I deployed using the follow cmd – \\sccm001\SMS_NDS\Client\ccmsetup.exe /forcereboot /mp: sccm001.cymru.nhs.uk SMSSITECODE=NDS Client installs fine and server reboots but does not get the site assignment. SCOM 2007 R2 Authoring Required Permissions
I want to assign permissions to a group, so that they can carry out authoring tasks within SCOM.   I have assigned Advanced Operator rights limited to groups they are responsible for and also gave author rights.   But this appears to be insufficient to ‘create a new group’ or ‘Add Monitoring Wizard’.   The Technet documents state that OpsMgr Administrator rights are required to complete these tasks. Is there any way around this, as we can’t assign Admin rights, as it will give away unnecessary permissions to everything which is very undesirable.
