Open a Command prompt window by using the Run As Administrator option, and then run the following command: %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -r Once this is complete, try to install\upgrade

Fixed. Got it to work , after applying licences to all SCOM Management Servers. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2699998). Apparently this feature does not work in the RC(EVAL) version .

Has anyone tried to connect 2 SCOM 2012(RTM) Management Groups? The Connected Management Group shows up on the Console, but no Alerts show up. This was a known bug in the beta & RC version's & was expected to be fixed in RTM.

ok.gotcha.Glad to hear that this scenario also works. I've only tested non catastrophic DR scenario like a site powerdown . In those cases, we dont need to delete the orginal clustered RMS.
