Thanks Tommy, I forgot to check if they're listed as applications...  I only had virtual directories in my mind. I'll validate that fact first.  I was wondering in the case where they aren't applications and just plane jane virtual directories, have you written a discovery for this before or know where there is guidance on writing the discovery myself?

Discovering IIS virtual directories in SCOM 2007 R2
Hasd anyone discovered IIS virtual directories in SCOM 2007 R2 before?  I need to be able to discover these components to add to a custom distributed application. Any help would be appreciated.
