EAS user - change your password!
We have over 900 iDevice users (50% of our users) and were getting lots of issues when users changed their network password and subsequently locked their account out thanks to their iDevice I've attached a "rough and ready" mp that detects a password change on the DC's (2008), checks if EAS is active for the user and if it is sends the user an email reminder to change their iDevice password (if they have one). The mp isn't clean enough to put in the downloads section, the script could be way more efficient and better written but it works and I'll tidy it up at some stage when I have time, its just the feedback from the users has been so positive I thought I might share it and it might save you guys some time? There are some obvious parts to change in the script, shortname = the user's logon name, define the email server and adjust the text of the script to suit your organisation - like I said, its rough and ready so of course use at your own risk.
