Hey Pete, your runbook sample in this article looks really cool. Any chance you could just post the download as you've done with some of your other runbooks? THE OpsMgr 2012 Server Maintenance Mode (Windows and UNIX) Runbook for Orchestrator 2012

Hey guys, my OpsMgr 2012 test environment is showing some really strange behavior. It raises alerts for problems identified by the monitoring, but the alerts come several hours after the condition was detected. Has anyone else seen this?
