Yes, you could use WUAUCLT /UpdateNow inside a 'Run Command' or 'Run .Net Script' activity and do this easily. More on that WUAUCLT option at http://www.systemcentercentral.com/BlogDetails/tabid/143/IndexID/66441/Default.aspx
