It is not ready for the public yet, Baelson mentioned that they found a bug, the week of the MVP conference, and it will be released the week of MMS. I'm sure it will be posted every where when it is release ready.

Dont forget this small tidbit OM 2007 cmdlets are depreciated in OM 2012 but you can still use the deprecated cmdlets, but you have to open a powershell session and load the snap-in. What depreciated really means, would most likely mean test it in the lab...
