I found alert as folowing at multipurpose machine. It has Exchange Management Console 2007. And no other role.

The PowerShell script failed with below exception

System.Management.Automation.MethodInvocationException:
Exception calling "Connect" with "1" argument(s):
"The user foobar\sysOM_MSAA does not have
sufficient permission to perform the operation."
At line:64 char:77
+ $managementGroup =
[...]
Script Name: DiscoverTargetRelationship

One or more workflows were affected by this.

Workflow name: Microsoft.Exchange2007.Rms.TargetRelationship.Discovery

Instance name: ibart01.foobar.bar.com

Instance ID: {663CDC8A-D037-A311-F075-E9C924457034}

Management group: foobar_OM2007

 I just disable  that alert / monitor for current machine.

Other discusion about it at TechNet System Center Operations Manager Forum.
